About David:
With 16 national titles, David is arguably the best tower diver in the U.S., but his hold on that crown has slipped ever so slightly with the emergence of Nick McCrory. But that has also been to his benefit as the duo have created a formidable synchro partnership, one that could make a big splash internationally soon. But don't count David out of the individual medals. Having now graduated from Purdue and the college grind, he is setting his sights squarely on London and with one Olympic Games under his belt he should make the "Divers to Watch" list, especially after a silver in Shanghai at the 2001 Worlds.
