Board of Directors Positions
Board of Directors positions are elected for four-year terms at Annual Meetings during Summer Olympic years. The Board meets several times yearly, sometimes via telephone conference; may take actions via mail, telephone, or e-mail vote.
Chair of the Board - Bob Rydze
The Chair presides over the board and annual meetings, is the ex officio member of all committees and advisory member of all subcommittees.
Vice Chair, Administration - Bill Farrar
The Vice Chair for Administration advises the Chair on all administrative duties; takes the role of Chair in Chair’s absence; appoints the recording secretary for General Assembly meetings; appoints the editor for USA Diving Rules and Code; serves as the Chair of the Member Services Committee; serves as the Secretary of USA Diving for any business requiring a secretary.
Vice Chair, Competitive Excellence - Michele Mitchell
The Vice Chair for Competitive Excellence presides over the Committee for Competitive Excellence (CCE), and serves as an ex officio member of all subcommittees of the CCE.
Treasurer - Kathy Bonuchi
The treasurer acts in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer for USA Diving and serves as the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee; assists and advises the CEO regarding accounts and reports required by the USA Diving Code and in the maintenance and reporting of financial records; this individual must be a Certified Public Accountant or have credentials/experience similar to one.

USA Diving Foundation
USA Diving Foundation Trustees - Tom Gompf, Steve McFarland, Dave Parrington
The USA Diving Foundation is overseen by a chair and nine trustees. Three new trustees were elected in 2008. The Foundation supports of activities that advance U.S. participation in diving.
