2008 Olympic Team Trials - Diving

It’s almost 2008, and that means the Olympic year is right around the corner. Who is going to compete for a chance to dive against the worlds best divers in Beijing? Find out for yourself and attend the 2008 Olympic Trials, June 18-22 in Indianapolis, IN.

With a long history of Olympic involvement, Indianapolis and the IU Natatorium have been the site of four previous Olympic team trials. The 2008 version will feature 2004 Olympians Laura Wilkinson, Troy Dumais, Cassandra Cardinell and Justin Wilcock, as well as a host of newcomers including international medalists Thomas Finchum, Chris Colwill and Haley Ishimatsu.

Tickets for the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Diving are currently on sale and are available from the Indiana Sports Corporation and Ticketmaster.

Wednesday, June 18
7:00 p.m. – Men’s and Women’s Platform Preliminaries

Thursday, June 19
1:00 p.m. – Women’s Three-meter Springboard Preliminaries
7:00 p.m. – Women’s Three-meter Springboard Semifinals and Men’s Platform Semifinals

Friday, June 20
1:00 p.m. – Men’s Three-meter Springboard Preliminaries
7:00 p.m. – Men’s Three-meter Springboard Semifinals and Women’s Platform Semifinals

Saturday, June 21
3:00 p.m. – Men’s and Women’s Three-meter Springboard Finals

Sunday, June 22
2:30 p.m. – Men’s and Women’s Platform Finals
