By

The FINA World Diving Championships have been held continuously since 1973. Beginning with three-meter springboard and platform at the inaugural championships in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, FINA expanded the competition format to include one-meter springboard in 1991, and added synchronized springboard and synchronized platform in 1998.

Listed results are for finals only. Full results can be found at FINA.org
