Back Dive Tuck - Rhythm and Timing

The back press begins when the arms move from the starting position over the head. They will then make a swinging mostion, as if a large circle was being drawn in air with both hands. The back press should be smooth and have a consistent tempo so that the diver will move in up and down in rhythm with the diving board instead of fighting against it.
