Four Finalists for the U.S, China Sweeps at Junior Worlds

Four U.S. divers made finals on the penultimate day the 2012 FINA Junior World Diving Championships in Adelaide Australia. Samantha Bromberg replaced an ailing Anna James and led the way in the girl's Group A (16-18) platform with a seventh place finish, with teammate Jessica Parratto right behind her in eighth. The event was swept by the China as Wu Shengping and Chen Yaqi finished 1-2. In third was Olympic platform silver medalist Brittany Broben of Australia

The boy's Group B 3-meter event was also swept by China. Yang Hao and Li Pingan went 1-2 with another Australian, Joshua Kehagias, finishing third. Grayson Campbell was the top U.S. finisher in sixth. Teammate Despite qualifying for the finals in fifth, U.S. diver Christopher Law dropped to 12th in the finals.
