Men's 3M Springboard
The men's 3-meter springboard competition could not have been more dramatic, as Chris Colwill and Troy Dumais earned berths on their final dives, with Kristian Ipsen finishing third. Ipsen led throughout the contest but did a poor fifth round dive that left him in third place with one dive remaining.

Women's Platform
Brittany Viola was steady throughout the finals to earn an Olympic berth in her third attempt. Despite a challenge from Haley Ishimatsu and Amy Cozad, Katie Bell finished second and grabbed the second berth.
